As you say, super stars will make less money than they did in the CD era. Still they will be able to afford their mansions with the dollars they will get from (more) live concerts, endorsements/advertisement, merchandising and why not, the &quot;future&quot; SuperFans fees ;-)

Recording labels should worry about their future. Artists, not so much.</description>

You might have added another side effect : super stars will be making (a lot?) less money because of more competition and less exclusive marketing push from &quot;intermediaries&quot;.
We all hear artists complaining but, to be frank, I don&#039;t mind at all.
Madonna &amp; friends might loose motivation but there will be millions more willing to try for a fraction of what she makes...</description>
