Hello Mr. Gunn

Both Blackberry an iPhone have in common that they do try to do everything, but instead do very well what their users want. And it is not the same user the corporate one using a Blackberry for mobile email, than the iPhone user that wants multimedia, YouTube and true mobile web browsing.

Both of them have great usability for the segments they target.

I had to double check the dateline to make sure this was written yesterday and not 4 years ago! Hard to believe you haven't noticed all the QWERTY keyboards out from Nokia lately, most of which have 3.5 mm jacks, too.

I really can't believe you're promoting the touch-screen keyboard thing on Apple's phone as an example of something done right, right after praising Blackberry.

The iphone isn't a smartphone, never will be until it opens it's OS to third party developers so they can make apps that run natively, gets better hardware, a QWERTY, and acts like a proper Mass storage device.
